Saturday at the Lake Placid Film Festival

The Lake Placid Film Festival returns for its 24th year November 7-10. The Film Festival hosts a wide variety of events, including panels and workshops for industry professionals and tons of movies for any and all to enjoy! Here's a quick guide for what the average movie buff can enjoy on Saturday of this four-day film extravaganza!

Saturday is a blockbuster day, with tons of feature films spanning genres, many of which will feature Q&As with actors, cinematographers, directors, and other special guests! The kids will love Ghost Cat Anzu, a delightful anime film for all ages, and, in case you missed it on Thursday, an encore of Miracle with special guest Buzz Schneider to celebrate the film's 20th anniversary! Cap off the day by celebrating the winners of the Your Shorts Are Showing competition and (new this year) Made Upstate award at the Short Film and Episodic Awards After Party at the High Peaks Resort!
