Lake Placid Village's Green Trolleys will provide public transportation throughout the Winter 2009/10 season. Catch the Trolley and connect at the Olympic Center to get to Whiteface! The Village's Green Trolley service will be in addition to the winter public transit service between Lake Placid hotels and Whiteface in Wilmington. The two transportation services will intersect at the Olympic Center Box office to transfer riders between them for departures for Whiteface. Click Here for the Lake Placid XPRSS Trolley Loop schedule. Times are approximate and may be affected by weather and other unforeseen circumstances. Ski groups larger than 10 people should reserve a space on the bus 24 hours in advance. When the vehicle is filled to capacity, riders must wait until the next scheduled pickup.
