Camp Out for UCI World Cup

The UCI Mountain Bike World Series is coming to Lake Placid September 27-29! Make this epic international event part of an even bigger adventure for you and your friends or family when you camp out to spectate! For this special event, the Lake Placid Airport will offer camping accommodations for vans and RVs, and the location couldn't be more convenient. You'll be situated between the venue, Mt Van Hoevenberg, and Main Street Lake Placid. And, when you bring your rig, you can bring your own bikes and outdoor gear to get in on the action!

Lake Placid Airport Camping Details

Camping will be offered in the parking lot of the Lake Placid Airport from September 26-29. 

  • Price: $75 for a 3 night reservation, September 26-29, shorter reservations are not available at this time. 
  • Check In/Out: Check in between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Check out by 4 p.m. on September 29th. 
  • Amenities:
    • Sites are paved and can accommodate vans and most RV's
    • No water or electric provided. 
    • Limited showers will be available to campers from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for $10
    • Public bathrooms will be available 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
