BETA's Wilmington MTB Festival

The BETA's Wilmington MTB Festival is 3-day celebration with on-site camping, live music, local food & beer, group rides for all abilities, shuttles, a kids MTB race, and
25+ miles of beautiful Adirondack-style single track riding.  The event is a major fundraiser for the Barkeater Trails Alliance (BETA) and proceeds support the trails!

Festival Schedule

Friday, August 30 through Sunday, September 1.

Hardy Kids MTB Race Registration
This race is separate from Bike Fest registration.  Please click the link to register your child.

Friday, August 30
3 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Afternoon check-in for registered participants & campsite set-up.
5 p.m. to 8 p.m. - Hardy Hour Group Ride - get the locals' tour of Wilmington's most popular trails

Saturday, August 31
7 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Morning check-in for registered participants and walk-up registration
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. - Group rides, shuttles & clinics (Wilmington and Lake Placid)
4 p.m. to 7 p.m. - Live music by Spring Street Band
6 p.m. til' bellies are full: Beer & Food by Hex & HopTwo Jerks BBQ and Island Vybz.
7 p.m. to 10 p.m. - Live music by St.Vith
To enjoy the party, registration for Bike Fest is not required. Open to the community with a suggested $5 donation at the gate.
8 p.m. to ? - Famous "Dangertown" bonfire and celebration of bikes, brews & BETA.

Sunday, Sept 1
9 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Morning group rides in Wilmington
8 a.m. to 12 p.m. - Hardy Kids MTB Race
1 p.m. to 4 p.m. - Flowy Fun Laps and Fire Pits hangs at the East Branch Community Trails in Keene. Food specials will be available at Monday Tuesday Grill, which is just across the road. With a big, open space and pavilion at the trailhead, this is a good place put your feet up for a few. Bring your lawn chairs, frisbees and coolers and lap leisurely.

Location & Directions

The festival village is located at the Wilmington Recreation Park, located just off Springfield Road near the center of town.  Once you arrive in Wilmington, look for "Bike Fest" signage which will be located at all intersections to direct you toward the festival village.
