No need to get in the car since you can walk to golf, tennis, the marina, beach, boat rentals, x-country skiing, hiking trails, miles of wilderness walks and two incredible restaurants on the shore of Lake Placid, both overlooking the lake and mountains: Lake Placid Lodge, a 5 star Relais and Chateau Resort offers Maggie's Pub and the Artisan Restaurant. Moose Lodge Restaurant is also within easy walking distance at the marina during June to September. Sit on the balcony or deck at either place and watch the sun setting on the mountains and the moonlight rippling on the lake. Unbelievable views!

Downhill skiing is 20 minutes away at Whiteface Mountain. Two supermarkets and shops are 1 mile from the condo making this location both very convenient as well as very rural, set in the Adirondack Park.
- We hold a Lake Placid Short Term Rental Certificate, # STR- 200036. This certificate must be renewed on a yearly basis by meeting standards set forth by the town.
- Cape Air flies to Saranac Lake Airport, 8 miles from the condo. Direct flights several times a day from Boston. The flight is a little over an hour and costs approx. $150 round-trip. Unbelievable!!!
