Krissy Navrat is a writer, outdoor educator, content developer, and passionate advocate for the outdoors. She has spent many summers in Northern Minnesota where she was a canoe guide in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area and backpacking guide on the Superior Hiking Trail. She also has spent time advocating for access to Lake Champlain by aiding in the development of youth boatbuilding, rowing, and expedition programs for a local Vermont nonprofit. Krissy now spends her time exploring the Adirondacks and enjoys sharing her passion for this unique wilderness.
